Edward W. Schroll is an Employment Lawyer with Castronovo & McKinney, LLC. Ed is an is an experienced employment lawyer and handles matters before State and Federal Courts regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, harassment, overtime violations, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violations and all other employment law claims. Ed also has a significant amount of experience handling business transactions and advice for commercial agreements.
Ed earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012 and was a Member of the Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law. He received his Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2007.
During law school, Ed clerked full-time for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Litigation and Corporate Security Division, in New York, NY. While with the Port Authority, Ed was able to utilize practice orders in New York and New Jersey to conduct depositions and oral arguments, assist at trials, draft briefs, and cover court proceedings for Port Authority attorneys.
