For the first scenario, we will provide you with a comprehensive review of the non-compete agreement, whether the terms are enforceable, explain how to protect yourself, we will draft changes to the actual terms of the non-compete agreement and work with the employer to negotiate the non-compete agreement on your behalf. For the second scenario, we will also provide a comprehensive review and will negotiate with your current and prospective employer to try and resolve the potential issues with the non-compete agreement and protect you going forward into your new role.
We charge a flat-rate for non-compete negotiations. We charge a flat-rate so that you know what you are spending and don’t have to worry about being billed by the hour. The flat-rate will cover everything that you need for the non-compete negotiation and will not charge you anything additional as part of the negotiation.
